ROCKLINIZER MODELS


The Rocklinizer comes in five different models to meet your specific needs. To place an order, simply fill out our online form or contact Rocklin Manufacturing Co. by phone or by email.

Each Model Includes: Power Supply, Applicator, Electrode Package and Operating Instructions.
Note: "E" models are 220-240 volts.

MODEL 850 DESCRIPTION

The Rocklinizer Model 800
Rocklinizer Model 850 / 850E with ROTARY APPLICATOR - Deposits from .0002" to .007" in a single application, controllable by machine setting.   Approximately 30 lbs. (13.2 kg.)

Model 850 Rotary Applicator is automatically triggered when electrode is placed in contact with workpiece, or manually triggered by the operator.

MODEL 600 DESCRIPTION

The Rocklinizer Model 600
600 / 600E - Deposits from .0001" to .004" in a single application, controllable within .0001" by machine dial setting.
Approximately 49 lbs. (22.3 kg.)

Model 600 Applicator is automatically triggered when electrode is placed in contact with workpiece, or manually triggered by the operator.

 
MODEL 500 DESCRIPTION

The Rocklinizer Model 500
500 / 500E - Deposits from .0001" to .002" in a single application, controllable within .0001" by machine dial setting.
Approximately 33 lbs. (14.5 kg.)

Model 500 Applicator is automatically triggered when electrode is placed in contact with workpiece, or manually triggered by the operator.
 
MODEL 380 DESCRIPTION

The Rocklinizer Model 369
380 / 380E - Deposits from .0001" to .001" in a single application, controllable within .0001" by machine dial setting.
Approximately 26 lbs. (11.8 kg.)

Model 380 has variable discharge positions.
